Lloyd Bannings is back in his home town, having reunited with his older brother. He has joined with the Crossbell Police Department. He’s assigned to division called the Special Support Section division, which does odd jobs and helps those who are in need. He and his new teammates slowly discover that their lively city is hiding a dark criminal underbelly…as well as a few terrible secret.

Crossbell was the setting of the ongoing territorial conflict that fought between both the Republic of Calvard and the Erebonian Emperor. It has since grown to become a thriving city-state that is now one of the important economic centres throughout the continent.
After three months of not being in his hometown, Lloyd Bannings returns in an effort to follow in the footsteps of his deceased brother’s footsteps and join with the Crossbell Police Department. But, upon arriving, he finds he’s been transferred to the Special Support Section, a newly created division which takes care of odd jobs and minor requests. The team that he’s joining now includes Elie MacDowell (granddaughter of the mayor); Randy Orlando (ex-soldier who’s womanizing) along with Tio Plato (young tech genius).
Lloyd and his team continue their struggle for a better city, though their office is mocked by media. Then they find themselves faced with the corruption taking over their city. They don’t realize how deep the shadows of Crossbell City go…
